Integra Announce Conference Keynote Speaker

Integra Business Solutions is delighted to announce Publisher and Advisor to the International Office Supplies Industry, Steve Hilleard, will be addressing delegates as one of its keynote speakers at the forthcoming ‘Celebrating 20 Years’ National Conference, being held on 28th September at the Crowne Plaza, Stratford-upon-Avon.

Steve has worked in office supplies for 30 years, beginning his industry career as a dealer. For the last 22 years he has held board positions at leading trade media and services firm Office Products International (OPI), becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2000. During his time at OPI, Steve has developed a wide base of industry knowledge and senior executive contacts globally. He regularly presents his opinions at prestigious office products events and moderates industry discussion panels all over the world.

With the infiltration of Amazon into the business products market and the opening of Amazon Business believed to be imminent, Steve’s keynote session will summarise from a dealer’s perspective, Piranha Business, a new research study being published this summer by OPI and Martin Wilde Associates. The report will focus on 20 key areas and feature the results of in-depth interviews with several hundred B2B buyers in the USA who have purchased from Amazon Business in the last 12 months. Steve will present the key findings of this report and how dealers can counteract this very real threat and exploit the inherent flaws in the Amazon Business model.

Members and key partners are invited to join Integra to ‘Celebrate 20 Years’ in style and to enjoy a fantastic line-up of guest speakers together with practical workshops, a Supplier Exhibition featuring over 65 exhibitors and a ‘Glitz and Glamour’ Gala Dinner and Awards evening.
