UPDATE: Proposed Merger – Action Required
We are delighted to announce that we’re now in the final legal stages of the proposed merger with Office Friendly. The journey has not been plain sailing due to the different business models and the complexity of bringing these together. However, the end, or should we say a new beginning, is now in sight.
Subject to Integra members returning the required documents and Office Friendly members completing their final voting process on 5th June, we will be in a position to move forward to gain FCA approval and launch the new group.
